Genius Coach is a collaborative group of practitioners in the fields of education, public service, and the private sector. Our goal is to offer support to leaders of complex organizations in their improvement initiatives. Our work is grounded in the methods and ideas found in research about improvement and change management.

Our methods and resources are aligned to what we like to call Human Performance Technology (HPT). This term is often used interchangeably with Performance Improvement (PI), Performance Technology (PT), Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Improvement Science (IS), as well as many others (Van Tiem, Moseley, & Dessinger, 2012).
